The snow emergency will be lifted at 10:30 am on Tuesday, February 3, 2015. Please remove all vehicles from city lots, specifically schools, as soon as possible.

The snow emergency will remain in effect through out the night to allow for snow removal operations to continue. Please keep all vehicles off of the city streets. Vehicles parked on the street overnight will be subject to ticketing and towing. City officials will evaluate the need to continue the Snow Emergency or to implement any additional restrictions in the morning.
The City of Salem has declared a Snow Emergency effective Monday, February 2, 2015 at 6:00 am until Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 10:30 am.
All vehicles must be removed from the streets; failure to do so may result in ticketing and towing.

To report a power outage or check the status of an outage contact National Grid at 1-800-465-1212 or visit their storm page here. Do not call 9-1-1 to report a power outage unless there is a life threatening emergency.
